Thirteen states have presented bills for legalizing medical marijuana in their states. States with pending legislations are: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
